Create your rental agreement in three simple steps

Enter Owner & Property Details

Start by filling in the owner's full name, guardian/relation (e.g. S/o, D/o), PAN or Aadhaar, and residential address. Then provide the property details — address, monthly rent, agreement duration, rent due day and furnishing status.

  • PAN format: ABCDE1234F (10 characters)
  • Aadhaar: 12-digit number (spaces allowed)
  • Maintenance terms are optional but improve AI clauses

Enter Tenant Details

Add the tenant's full name, guardian/relation, PAN or Aadhaar, current address, and permanent address (tick Same as Present Address if they match). Then fill in the move-in date, security deposit and number of occupants.

Preview & Download PDF

Review the free preview of your agreement. When satisfied, click Pay ₹49 & Download. After secure payment via Razorpay, your AI-enhanced PDF is generated and downloaded immediately.

  • Payment is a one-time fee — no subscriptions
  • PDF is ready to print and sign
  • Both parties should sign on each page
  • Register at the local Sub-Registrar office for full legal validity
