We do not collect passive analytical data, browsing behavior, or location data without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is utilized strictly for the generation of your requested rental or lease agreement document. The data operates within a secure, temporary session to dynamically populate the PDF template. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or third-party advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

We prioritize your confidentiality. All form inputs are securely transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption. Data is held temporarily in your active browser session. If an agreement is successfully generated and paid for, a minimal transaction record is securely stored in our database for order verification and legal compliance. The actual generated PDF documents are immediately purged from our servers post-download to guarantee absolute privacy.

4. Payment Information

All financial transactions are securely processed by our third-party gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or UPI details. Razorpay operates under strict PCI-DSS compliance and their independent privacy policy applies to all payment processing.

5. Data Retention Policy

Temporary session data is configured to expire automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity. Completed agreement meta-records (transaction ID, timestamp, and agreement type) are retained solely for auditing, customer support, and taxation compliance. We do not retain the sensitive contents (e.g., Aadhaar numbers) of the generated agreements in our primary database.

Our platform employs a single, essential session cookie required to maintain your form progress across the multi-step generation process. We strictly prohibit the use of third-party tracking, advertising, or invasive analytics cookies on our service.
