Can I enter Aadhaar instead of PAN?

Yes. Both the owner and tenant fields accept either a valid PAN card number (10 characters) or a 12-digit Aadhaar number.

Is the generated agreement legally valid?

The agreement is formatted to standard rental deed requirements. For full legal validity under the Registration Act, the agreement should be printed on stamp paper of appropriate value and registered at the local Sub-Registrar office.

What happens if my session expires?

Session data expires after 60 minutes. You will need to refill the form. We recommend completing all steps in one sitting.

I paid but didn't get the PDF — what do I do?

Please contact us immediately via the Contact page with your Razorpay payment ID. We will manually verify and send your PDF.

Are refunds available?

As PDFs are generated and delivered digitally upon payment, refunds are generally not applicable. Please review the free preview carefully before paying.
